The Reyes firm expanded its community footprint this holiday season by delivering more than $25,000 in direct assistance to families and individuals across the Tampa Bay area.

Attorney Edward Reyes hosted a community celebration this December as part of its Reyes Gives Back holiday campaign. The initiative provided financial relief and essential resources to 45 recipients, including single parents, students, local heroes, and families navigating medical or financial hardship.

The two events welcomed the selected recipients and highlighted the broader scope of the campaign, which included diaper and baby essential packages for 25 single parents, electric bill assistance for 10 local heroes such as nurses, firefighters, police officers, EMTs, and military members, emergency support for five families in crisis, and tuition assistance for five students across college and K – 12 education.

For many recipients, the support came at a critical moment. One single parent shared how the assistance eased immediate financial pressure during the holidays and restored a sense of stability for her family. Her story reflects the real-world impact of the initiative and the challenges many families face quietly. “I thought I was going to have to cancel Christmas,” said the single mother.

Reyes said the initiative was rooted in his firsthand experience working with families under significant legal, medical, and financial stress. “Reyes Gives Back is about meeting people where they are and showing them they are not alone. So many families are fighting quiet battles. We want to bring relief, hope, and dignity into their lives in a real and direct way,” said attorney Edward Reyes.

The campaign also coincided with the development of Med Legal Safe Keep, a new platform created by Reyes to help families organize and protect critical documents and personal information during times of crisis. The tool was designed to complement the firm’s legal services by offering practical support outside of the courtroom.

Reyes Gives Back marked a growing emphasis on community-centered outreach for The Reyes Firm, blending legal advocacy with direct action. By pairing financial assistance with education and long-term planning tools, the firm positioned the initiative as more than a one-time holiday effort.

The December event served both as a celebration for recipients and a signal of the firm’s broader mission to strengthen families across Tampa Bay through care, clarity, and accessible support beyond traditional legal services.
